Zeitgeist Stage Company aims to explore contemporary plays and rediscover
historic works that reflect the mixture of comedy and drama inherent in contemporary life.
Towards this goal, the Company plans to produce works by English-language playwrights
as well as translations of works from international writers.

David J. Miller has directed over 25 productions in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Pennsylvania. As a scenic designer he has designed
over 35 productions, winning awards for three. Mr. Miller directed and designed Zeitgeist's first season including
Three Tall Women and In the Blood. The Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) nominated Three Tall Women for best set design by a small company.

The Boston Theatre Critics Association presented Zeitgeist Stage with the 2005 Elliot Norton Award for Outstanding Local Fringe Theater Production for its
February 2005 production of Blue/Orange by Joe Penhall.
The Elliot Norton Awards honor excellence in New England Theatre. Named for Boston's esteemed dean of drama critics, the 23rd annual Elliot Norton Awards
were presented at a ceremony on May 23, 2005 at the Cutler Majestic Theatre.
