Zeitgeist Stage Company aims to explore contemporary plays and rediscover historic works that reflect the mixture of comedy and drama inherent in contemporary life.
We seek to establish a creative environment that allows theatre artists to demonstrate their talents throught timely and relevant productions, and to foster a connection with our audiences and the community at large.
About the Artistic Director
David J. Miller (Director & Scenic Designer) is Zeitgeist Stage Com-pany's founder and Producing Artis-tic Director. Zeitgeist Stage pro-ductions of The Kentucky Cycle (2008), Stuff Happens (2007) and Blue/Orange (2005) received Elliot Norton Awards for Outstanding Fringe Theater Productions from the Boston Theater Critic’s Association. In addition, David was nominated by the Norton Committee as Best Director of a Small/Fringe Company for three Zeitgeist Stage produc-tions in 2007 and two productions in 2008. Zeitgeist Stage’s epic presen-tation of The Kentucky Cycle was named best of the season by both the Boston Phoenixand The Boston Globe.
